Tom Parashos is a San Diego native living with his wife and two sons in east county.  He has worked as an attorney for the past 18 years and has been actively involved in real estate investments and transactions. Tom is also a real estate broker licensed with the California Department of Real Estate and his main area of focus is the greater San Diego real estate market. Tom’s  passion for the business of  real estate, his sales abilities and integrity translate to the highest level of customer service. He knows how important each transaction is to his clients and his dedication and persistence ensure that his clients obtain the maximum opportunity for profit and success in every transaction.

William R. Simon, Jr. has been a licensed California attorney since 1988 and specializes in real estate, business law, wills, trusts, probate and Medi-Cal planning. He has also excelled as a trial lawyer in injury and accident cases, obtaining many large verdicts for his clients. As managing partner of San Diego Law Firm, Bill has guided the firm in its ascent to one of the 50 largest law firms in San Diego County as recognized by the San Diego Business Journal (Summer - 2004, 2006) while maintaining outstanding ethics in the marketplace as recognized by the Better Business Bureau (Torch Award Finalist - 2005 and Torch Award Winner - 2006).

As a real estate attorney and real estate investor, Bill has been involved in the purchase, sale, finance and lease of residential and commercial properties and the subdivision and development of property. In 2006 Bill, with Tom Parashos, founded Palisade Realty so he could use his experience and expertise in real estate and loans to better represent sellers and buyers.

Bill is a real estate broker licensed by the California Department of Real Estate and a member of San Diego Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and San Diego Multiple Listing Services.

Bill grew up in San Diego and attended Grossmont High School and the University of San Diego. He is a graduate of Western State University Law School. Bill resides in Rancho San Diego with his wife, Ione, and their three children. Bill's interests include golfing, hiking, health and fitness, USC football, music, riding motorcycles and traveling.

Hedda Parashos joined Palisade Realty in April 2007 and is a real estate agent licensed with the California Department of Real Estate. Hedda’s extensive sales and insurance experience has driven her to enter the local real estate market with motivation and dedication to each client. She focuses primarily on the greater San Diego area and looks forward to servicing your real estate needs.

Hedda is an active member with San Diego Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and San Diego Multiple Listing Services.

Hedda was born in the Philippines and now resides in Spring Valley with her husband and two sons. She is fluent in two dialects, Tagalog and Visaya. Hedda enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gardening and cooking.

Jenette Cardenas joined Palisade Realty in October 2009 and is a real estate agent licensed with the California Department of Real Estate. Jenette's property management and customer service experience has driven her to enter the local real estate market with motivation and dedication to each client. Her primary focus is on the greater San Diego area and looks forward to servicing your real estate needs.

Jenette is an active member with San Diego Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and San Diego Multiple Listing Services. She is currently attending Azusa Pacific University to receive her Bachelor's degree in Human Development.

Jenette was born in San Diego and resides in Lemon Grove with her husband and two daughters. She is fluent in Spanish. She enjoys taking her daughters to playgroups, baking, and watching old movies.
